Care instructions

Place in the microwave with a cup of water for 20 second bursts. Add more time if desired, however do not put in for more than 30 seconds at a time to avoid burning flaxseeds. DO NOT OVERHEAT

Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.

Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth.
